Bunks are allocated to monsters & staff that require them and to those with medical needs first, then to players on a first come first serve basis. The organisers will expel any individual engaged in illegal, defamatory, or dangerous practices during the event. 7. The Gryphons Faction operate a strict ‘NO CARD, NO EFFECT’ policy. Any and all special items, potions etc. must be disclosed at time of booking. There are no exceptions to this rule. 8. The referees’ decision is final in all disputes. 9. Any cancellations received up to twenty one (21) days prior to the event will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Any cancellation received after this deadline will NOT be refunded. 10. This event uses Lorien Trust rules v3.1.1, which is copyright to the Lorien Trust. The Lorien Trust is not responsible for any incidents at this event. 11. I understand that LRP is a contact hobby and by signing this form I agree to take part in safe combat and be struck by weapons checked by LT approved weapons checkers. 12.
